Mr. Cavalry,
It appears Mr. Zapara will be doing some time for his song & dance with AZNT, remember it was he also , according to sworn affadavits in the posession of RMIL advocates, who danced to the same tune, the same sheet music at RMIL.
Mr. Zapara is hired as a promoter. He obtains stock, in both cases illegally (as well as stock for compensation), & Mr. Mork shorts against that stock.
I believe Mr. Mork covered at AZNT when Mr. Zapara was caught dipping into the till.
Regardless, the other shorts in the AZNT market, as well as Mr. Zapara are now privy to a reality check AZNT style!
Next week the court's decision will be out in a release.
