Since the company cannot speak for 80% of the shares, would just holding the shareholders meeting relieve them of any shareholder liability? Is there anything the company could do that would shake out any short hands without hurting the real investors? Something that would force them to cover (such as a 2:1 split)? Maybe they could offer a split only if the buyout offer is not successful? Just some thoughts. MRF
