Art,

When the President of the United States takes office,
the first thing he does is put his left hand on the
Bible, raise his right hand in front of the Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court, and swear to uphold the
Constitution and the laws of the United States. The
President is under oath and on the job 24 hours a day
untill he leaves office or dies. Bill Clinton has
no excuse for violating the laws of this nation. In
fact, he probably could not even claim ignorance since
he is himself a graduate of the Yale Law School, and
was once even the Attorney General for the State of
Arkansas. If he lied under oath, asked anyone to lie
under oath (suborning of perjury), or tried to tamper
with a witness, he has potentially committed a felony
under United States law.
