..SoftQuad [HoTMetaL] Inc is optimistic pursuant to their pending 'number of important product announcements' (initially set for August 13th)...ONLINE merchant division is' VERY' excited pursuant to their Monday email that an official news release was being issued during 'this week' [of the 17th]...onlinemerchant.com ready for prime-time by today? and product in stores by end of August...NewKidCo division is even more excited based upon initia lchannel reaction and their very aggressive tv/print 'Good Morning America.../Working Mother...' campaign and they are funding said campaign themselves according to NewKidCo...however, Henry Kaplan has not acknowledged one ofhis largest shareholders, to date, to confirm anything...nor have the CFO, CEO, President of (NASDAQ:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI)...it appears they are very nervous regarding thei cash position/cash flow v. NewKidCo critical path cash requirements, ONLINE merchant launch/[on-going] marketing requirements...StumpWorld, Selwyn Rabins, Henry Kaplan are simply not acknowledging/talking(.)...not exactly even poor corporate governance...in the meantime [and accordingly pursuant to the above] it appears there may be a knee-jerk fire sale of SoftQuad [HoTMetaL] Inc...even before all the 'pleasantly surprised' forthcoming news per Jonathan Sachs...
