Mohan: When the antisocial elements - to put it mildly - and the terrorists mention that they don't differentiate between individuals, countries and adversaries in their deadly mindless terrorism, the psychopathology is serious as to need a therapeutic & retaliatory approach. This is where euthanasia of terrorists is justifiable. Countries harboring known terrorists are as guilty as the perpetrators and deserve equal treatment. JPR
