Paul, I'm sorry to say that your math also needs improvement. 1.8 billion containers @ your $.10 ea. = $180M (not $18M), and ERTH receives 20% (as I understand it), which amounts to approx. $36M.

And remember, this is just the start to a marketing plan that incorporates every place in the world where plates, cups, bowls, paper wraps and other food containers are sold. And, believe me when I say that McD's would be foolish not to take advantage of all the free publicity they are going to get, by advertising their purchase of biodegradable containers (they will become heros, internationally).

To answer your other question, sometimes people who want to buy a stock wait for the extra float to occur, in order to buy on the sell-off -- but because the buying becomes stronger than the selling, the price moves up.
