If you read the past releases you will see alot has been going on. There was a plan for a stock buy back. Also there has been a 4 million dollar private placement to get there other operations going. the same people who put up the private placement decided to offer to buy the entire operation. And I repeat this company is not just speculative. This is a real mining operation now with a positive cash flow. The more people look into this stock the more they will like what they see.
