Bill, I'm not sure you understand the legal process at work. There is no Arkansas State law crime. In fact if there ever was one, the statute of limitations ran out a long time ago. (You might recall that Starr was forced to indict a lot of people on the day the statute of limitations ran out on the FEDERAL crimes that underlaid the Whitewater scandal.) If the federal crimes have run out, I have to assume the state law crimes have too. The only thing that anyone can go after the Clintons about is the obstruction of justice that occurred in the last few years here in Washington, ie destroying docs, lying, etc. In any event, I've never heard of anyone in Arkansas contemplating investigating the Clintons; in fact, from what I've read, there is quite a backlash against Clintons' accusers in Arkansas. They don't like the fact that Arkansas is being portrayed as a corrupt, unethical place and they blame Starr, not the Clintons.

Doughboy.
