Rande Is I can tell you put a great deal of thought into that post. You may be correct on many of your points. I however have a totally different take on the SEC position to halt trading. 1) The acquisitions assets that are being investigated are Arcon's. 2) The Officer(s) being accused of misdealings are Dan Fisher and Associates. 3) The validity of some of the securities released by Dan are being investigated, and if they are found to be not valid, the SEC and the courts have to determine what to do about it. Based on this, the decision by the SEC shouldn't have surprised any of us. If they are further investigating the Greek Shipping deal...Fine with me. I hope they find it to be clean, and that we move on.
