Thank you for the info. I have read the news releases and some of the old posts. As for the buy back offer it means nothing until they actually buy back some shares. This is probably a very fine company that is greatly undervalued however, nothing I have read before the buyout offer would have caught my interest. Again, what would it hurt to offer something that would reward investors in the event that the buyout is not successful. MRF
