Ian: Currently the street views mature Companies that have a steady earnings history and growth as Tier 1 favorites. Those firms that have earnings reliability and predictability are rewarded with increasing P/E's.

If you plot NN's shareholder return for the last 5 yrs vrs the S&P , you will observe it has underperformed the S&P. The new COO has to erase that image and show that the Company is worthy to be a long term core holding.

Presently NN is extremely volatile with traders hoping in and out at every pop in the price. Market conditions are also in their favor.


The market first must settle down before we can hope for a steady climb.
