Ahhh... another Pluvia vs. Westergaard connection. For those that don't remember, Westergaard is paid to promote stocks (sound familiar), and launched a crusade to rid the internet of Pluvia by unmasking him. To that end he offered a $5000 bounty to anyone who could do so. You see, Pluvia had been telling people that PLSIA, under contract from Westergaard, was cooking their books. A year later, sure enough, the SEC proved Pluvia correct. Now it appears we've got an analyst in hot water for stock manipulation. Other times its the promoters. Moral: if you focus just on the company, let alone just the present and future aspects of a company, you miss the big picture. With penny stocks, if you ignore the big picture 9 times out of 10 you'll be toast, IMO.
