I don't know what you mean by many of these unconventional terms like controllers and elephants.

All I can say is that we are either in the heart of, or the final throws of, a market correction. This scary decline that lasts two or three days is typical of the final stages of a correction, so take your pick.

Stock are not being bid, and market makers are eschewing inventory. The interest rate background and sentiment are constuctive. Amazon and the other Internet leaders are considerably higher now than the previous low a week ago or so. The S&P 500 is fairly valued based on long rates, and earnings have been ok. The emerging markets are gripped in pure panic, yet the US is maintaing a strong-dollar policy and not lowering official rates to track with market rates. I bet they will.
