Joe, Check the the thread under Gold, Mining, and Natural Resources. There was a press release printed there that, mysteriously, was never released. The person who put the post said that the company was going to revise the press release, which was why it was not given to the news wires. I don't know how he got it in the first place. The gist of the thing is that Phoenix is being sued due to it's sell off of their wood divisions. Right now I don't know what to think. I'm hoping they'll put out a 10Q that confirms that they are in fact still profitable. -Michael Burt
