This is interesting, and could be a good play. I would not short
severely oversold markets like Russia or SEA - the
reflex rally could wipe you out. Banks could be interesting
short candidates in Russia -
many of them will go down shortly. The global crisis looks like
dominoes which fall. Presumably, look at other markets like Brazil or
Latin America, where the crisis is likely to spread next.
