In my opinion: I don't recall 1996 ever being an issue except for comments from some on the thread and possibly Arif saying they have been profitable. Exactly when the statements were made or what time period they were referring to remains unclear and I don't think the price of this stock today has much to do with '96.

I don't think there is any reason for the company to make a statement about '96, it is a non-event. This Pres. & CFO were not with the company in '96. These guys are picking up the pieces.

Arif was there, and as I mentioned I don't care about about '96.

I do care about '97, that information was provided to share holders and many of us relied on that information. I agree with LE that if the company was run poorly in '96 it would be hard to make that quick a turn around. I saw it mentioned in Brad's overview that the company had an issue with taxes that they were fighting. These could be the same taxes that were paid in '96, that might have been under protest and later resolved in '97.

If the '97 figures show a profit near the .10-.11 that Arif has quoted to us, he will be off the hook there. We will have to wait and see.

To me the additional shares is a big issue and I can understand the company reserving releasing information on this until the release of the financials for the year that the increase occurred. I do want an explanation and I believe we will get it. Then we will be out of pure speculation and Arif can let Randy run the company. If you look at the volume, no one has dumped 40,000,000 shares or whatever the amount is.
