Sam, what we need now, to avoid a recession here, is for the government to go back to a balanced budget rather than a surplus. It is very dangerous to soak money from the economy when deflation pressures are rising. I mentioned a year ago a study published in the Barron's that government surpluses precedes markets debacles, I think we might get one here.
