Isn't it kind of fun (I know this betrays a side of myself that I usually try to suppress) to watch the "company" groveling for votes to save their incompetent butts from liquidation? The "only way to retain any shareholder value" (what a joke) is to approve the merger. After a 150:1 reverse split I would think that the only people that would have "any" value left would be people within the "company." Certainly not the average shareholder with a measly couple of thousand shares.

So, I guess what I'm saying at this point is it's worth the remaining couple of dollars of my "investment" to watch them go down whimpering. All I can say in consolation is, "Hope your next job is one you can handle."
