Jeff,

Do this test.

Disconnect from your ISP. Double click on Netscape???

Does it dial the correct ISP??? Do you have more than 1 entry

If not go into internet explorer 3.0 and adjust the connection properties to connect to your correct ISP.

I think you will find this is your problem. QP2 and anything else using MS MFC classes for winsock uses IE's dial and proxy settings. I am 90% certain this is whats causing your problem.

Sorry I would have responded last night but as some of your probably noticed SI posting was broken. THis morning SI was overloaded...
