TO: ALL FROM: NORONHA Well, I believe there are two biotech stocks you should all investigate: MartekBiosciences Corp. and ArQule Inc. (MATK and ARQL respectively). Hambrecht& Quist loves these two stocks and with good reasons--MATK has a product called Formulaid that is almost like real breast milk that ALL babies should be using. It was written up in Discover magazine and improves visual and mental ability in babies-babies improved by about one line on an eye chart to be exact. The FDA should follow what European countries are doing: get it out on the market. This is the ONLY company that can make the 2 essential fatty acis from microalgae (NOT from fish oil which is detrimental).
