John Andretti Racing team may be for sale (2million) TOUP is looking at the deal which could be funded by under writer placement or several other methods including a stock swap. The acquisition would be a min. risk venture for TOUP and have two major benefits: a. a lot of free PR....AQUAFUEL on a racecar!!! b. it could increase visibility and potential stockholders. Our best guess .... TOUP's big question is .....does this fit into their technology business plan and if so, does the plus side = more than the neg. side. A recent survey of SI members who follow toup with PM's communication is 3:1 it won't go due to the TOUP goal of keeping the company's image the Mr. CLEAN it has been since the start. IMMHO This type of acquisition could bring the best PR you can get....the kind that's free and news related. FWIW
