Sante, He just got back in the office and said the meeting went well but that they are now meeting again in a couple of hours to address some more points. The Swiss investor is apparently also going to be in on the second meeting (he's now in Dallas) so it's starting to get interesting. Paul made a similar comment to me about getting the offering closed. They are committed to getting it done. Some of their guys are still not writing the checks because the delay has made them nervous. But contingency plans have been put in place to fill the offering. It just means that FMV won't make out as well as it wants to. That's too bad, they have been really helpful and straightforward. Clo
