pINK, Even if these guys ARE scum-bags, don't you realize that they have too much at stake to be dishonest and send their stock down. Are perchance petitioning the SEC to open their books again? Please explain why people with 90% of their net worth in this stock would risk everything and cook up numbers? Please tell me the INCENTIVE behind it. I think we can all agree that people who take 20K to a 1/2 billion $ company are not stupid, please explain, EVEN ASSUMING THAT THEY ARE SCUMBAGS (and we all know that scumbags act in their own best interests at the Expense of others-- this is what makes others consider them scumbags) what their incentive is. Yes, they are under a lot of pressure each quarter to meet earnings estimates, but their ENTIRE net worth is tied directly to the stock. Why would they 9smart people) do things to see it go down? I won't go into detail, but I know for 100% personal fact that MRV leaders want to see the stock go up, for their families as well as themselves. (Not that this isn't obvious, but I'm not sure it is to you) Richard
