Hi Charles; I haven't received a reply on my last post. Hope I didn't say anything to offend you. Well RMR did it again! I was expecting about an .08 cent increase in dividends, but .14 was great. Did you notice that Thomas Potts said dividends should increase for the next three or four quarters. He keeps extending this rosy outlook, and has been making it happen for the last seven quarters. I still own quite a lot of it, and think it's a great place for my money. Should go over 30 in the next quarter. I keep watching your ASI and rooting for it to go up. Greg
