leading provider of client/server customer interaction software that enables businesses to automate and enhance their telemarketing and teleselling capabilities. Can anyone comment on this companys products? Specifically the term leading from the above statement. I wonder who masterminded this brilliant move at Oracle. Probably Ray "I have no idea what to do with the applications business so lets just sell it" Lane. It makes no sense to acquire a losing vendor cheaply for the high end applications biz because the integration costs are too high to make it worthwhile - the point being, better to get a winner up front. OK but is this a real CIS vendor - maybe this is some niche mkt product where there is no integration involved? Anybody know? Thanks Michelle Edit: Oh Steve Farber is back. Hello, you were missed.
