My quick take on comment made here today:
Janice: I must admit...I do enjoy your sense of humor....and I will consider you innocent of anything illegal until proven guilty. Our (former) feud goes way back and although I don't always agree with your methods or why/when you pick the stocks you do, no one has ever proven anything on you...or Graystone either for that matter
Bgtit and other supporters: while your comments about people doing their own DD are sound advice, you certainly might at least provide SOME information (phone #'s, names, etc).
Otherwise why are you even posting anything at all? I mean, if you don't expect anyone to believe you until they do their own DD, why not give people a head start, otherwise you are just preaching to the choir. Many hypesters (and I am not accusing you) know that many innocents and lazy investors never do DD. So it makes you look a little suspicious. Of course ... I know, I know ....you don't care.
You DO understand that without proof of the court order and particularly because of the anti-aids skin cream that this thing sounds like a crock?
BTW, I have never seen a short squeeze like this work.....TCBG supposedly had a court order against a broker who was ordered to replace his millions of shares short. Others were touting the stock was going to triple last week....it hasn't so far.
IS this "court order thing" a new tool ploy by hypesters?
Hmmm....well, if you guys are right and there is an illegal short position, and a new method has been discovered to break them, then more power to you (I'll be dancing in the aisle too) , but I gotta say, that if I had to bet right now, this stock will tank, not rocket.
If something sounds to good to be true....and no one offers any real proof, it just sounds like another scam....
time will tell...it'll be fun to watch
