We can beat the issue all we want and it doesn't matter. At todays price a profit of .01 will be a vast improvement. I just spoke with Randy, he is the President and in control of all day to day operations, he keeps Arif informed as needed, but he runs the show.

He has been with the company for a short period of time and has had to spend much of that time cleaning house. They are trying to run a lean operation and Sukey has had to spend alot of his time putting together '96 and '97 coming up. Remember there was no CFO before.

They are building the base for as investors to be able to make a decision, it takes time. When did Sukey start? June 11th?

Randy said he understands the main issue is shares. I believe prime objective is to finish financials. Let's not put them in a dammed if you do and dammed if you don't position.

I believe the story of the shares will come out, I wish it would be sooner rather than later but I have no control over that.

I am willing to give them the time they need to get the financials done and assess the direction of the company. I believe in the currant management and least we all forget there are another approx. 50 or so people that work there that could use some appreciation.
