RE. CIEN's demise

CIEN's stock price was propped up on the prospects of AT&T as a major customer; company used this as a major leverage to negotiate with TLAB for a pending merger/acquisition. In reality, the "AT&T connection" had been CIEN's milk and butter--in a sense they operated on borrowed capital.
