j_b, As a female, I can tell you that Pres. Clinton's appointment of so many capable women to high positions has made me think twice about my Republican party registration. Still too much "olde boy" attitude within the conservative political faction. Their only hope for success in the future is to realize that the majority of the voting public will not accept mere token representation in their government. Maybe a Colin Powell/Madeleine Albright ticket would keep my vote. Sorry this response is so late - it got lost with the SI technical difficulties earlier. Ann
