That's true. Pooling of interests probably better for LU.

But as far as those of you arguing for a PE of 30, I can't agree. The entire networking sector's only projected to grow at a 25% clip. And ASND really can't argue it's a growth stock again until its earnings eclipse the old highs of 36 cents or so. So I'll grant you $40 based on a forward projection of $1.60 -- except that it's a little bit early to pay for next year's earnings already.
