roac adds another retailer in ohio, i belive retail sales are 1million/yr at this dealership; 43 retail locations so far ; lets hope they have not overpaid in cash and used stock also to buy this locations; it looks like the old owners will have an employment contract w/roac to run the business; check out their web site rockofages.com
