Interesting post from Yahoo--I have highlighted a part I find most interesting.

For those of you who plan on selling after the Tx deal is done, ignore this messege. For those longs on RNTK-keep reading. In researching why SLHO stock performed like it did, I came up with two reasons: 1. Small float and 2. MULTIPLE DEALS.
It wasn't just one deal that pushed SLHO up, it was the snowball effect of multiple deals which made use of the momentum factor. In parallel, I don't think that the TX deal alone will push it to where we want it. Make no mistake about it, I think (as I said before) we will see a pop of 1.5 to 3 points on the merits of this deal. And it is not because of the monetary factor (will take some time before that goes into effect) but on the instant credibility factor. Beyond the Tx deal, I wanted to know what RNTK could do in the natural gas conversion arena (Refinery bottoms will no longer be a play after TX gains exclusivity) because this is what can really put RNTK in the high double digits. So I called the person who knows the most about RNTK technology-Dr. Chuck Benham.
With regards to the TX deal, he echos everyone else's views that they are extremely confident that it will get done soon (Did not ask for a specific date and didn't talk much about TX). He confirmed that they have patented a process that will make GTL conversion of natural gas using iron as efficient as Cobalt. This has been accomplished by keeping the carbon in the system by recycling it to the front end, thus increasing the yield. Although an iron catalyst is cheaper and much more environmentally benign, it had not been efficient enough until recently. Other companies (no specific names mentioned) have done their own DD on RNTK and are interested in pursuing this with RNTK. These deals will not be exclusive and therefor, the sky is the limit (not his words). He also mentioned that those companies still tinkering with Cobalt (ie SLHO) will have to deal with potential infringement with EXXON (major player with this technology).
So it appears that although Tx may be the doctor that delivers our RNTK baby to the world, the true "parents" of RNTK may come from other companies.
Hopefully, labor will be induced soon!
Good Luck.
