Dan, from everything I heard, I agree with you that Stein did not act in the best interest of the shareholders. Consequently, he needs to go. You should email the support of your shares to Joseph Caiazzo, who is working on a letter to the board.

It by no means ameliorates my anger at Stein, but had the LSI deal gone through, we probably would be no better off today, assuming we held. First, the deal at $28 probably was for stock, at the current LSI price. Since LSI would have tanked on the news, it probably would have ended up significantly less than $28. Then, with LSI's pre-announcement, the price would have gone even lower. Regardless, Stein should go.
