Wally: Charts suggest to me also that Russell 2000 is in at least an intermediate term correction according to Brinker definitions. Brinker's model is designed to assess the whole market and not certain capitalization categories so you can have an intermediate term correction in the small and mid caps which compose 30% of the market and not see anything but a correction or less in the overall market.
