Can someone please update me...was the vote to increase authorized common from 50M to 100M passed by the shareholders last June? And if so, what is the current O/S? (Used to by 49.3M) Are they selling shares to meet payroll and expenses? Sold my FASC (at a loss) a while back and have watched the price continue to drop. What's going on and when do y'all anticipate the bleeding to stop. I'm considering getting back in as their new business plan goes into action but I'm still not convinced... tia...
