FredE, re:Did Favors get short?

When asked on CNBC ~3:30ET, Favors mentioned that he was not yet short. HOWEVER, this is in conflict with his 2:30ET hotline report, 900/820-2727. (Favors did qualify the CNBC question as "not short for investors.") I believe the consistent message is that he will go 100% short if INDU breaks 8316 on a "print" basis.
