Jim...Nutrition Supply Corp is a separate company from immd that distributes NSC-24 under that name. Immd makes NSC-24 and now has also given it the name of Macroforcex so that Immd can distribute it too. My guess is that we'll know soon about the progress when the next announcement comes out regarding the Dec 13th court date. I wouldn't panick about "assurance that such an agreement can be reached in the future". I think that was a formality that they needed to write in their announcement until it's final. Even if it's not final yet, we have to admit, progress was made and that's a postitive step for the future growth of immd. Irene
