Why yes, little missy. A party at the new maxi-pad would be a chipper idea. Late October, early November sounds about right (heck, escrow doesn't close until Oct 9). Come prepared for the spa and croquet contest (separate activities). Many non-P&Fers should be there as well.

Don't think we will have the pool in by then, but y'all can just pretend.

This would be in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. Mark your calendars (well maybe not yet).
