Are you familiar with IBUY ? This one is a start up with:...shareholder lawsuits...SEC investigation...change in management...CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES... fantastic operating losses....and needs $26mm to keep going...and its still trading about $15. Other than the few incidental problems I've mentioned...they seem to be in great shape <g> Curious as to your opinion. Dave
