Sherry--The New Orleans food sounds great.
I don't know any 'joints' in the city though. Sounds like some of the places on the West Coast where you find some little Thai, Chinese, or seafood restaurant and the food is fabulous.
My Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe is superb. I will E-mail it to you. This of course falls under a major 'You owe me'. After you try it you will recognize how much.
