Hi Sean, Per my post #6069 ....... I thought you'd be the one to give me a hand here. I'm an old retired Cobol programmer from the 60's, which means "dinosaur, enough knowledge re. file/data deigns today to get me into lottsa trouble". Anyway, sorry and extend most humble apologies, if I offended you in past posts. I really thought you'd be the one to help me with my objective here. There must be some elegant and/or graceful and/or dirty way to penetrate the data base to be able to access, and reformat/save, the data I referred to in the earlier post. Can't you give me a hand here? Any help very, very much appreciated. Thanks, Fred
