Thanks for your response... very interesting. The only reason I bring it up now (re: <IMO all of this is speculation, though. If AMAT were going to buy SVGL, they would have done it already.>) is that the company is 1/3 the price it was when rumors of AMAT interest were flying. That definitely makes a difference assuming it was ever considered... Whats your take on consolidation in the industry if things get uglier? DAK
