We are definitely not dead yet!! I am convinced that the Courts will listen to and investigate all our complaints before approving a Chapter 11 that would "extinguish" our common stock shares. Mark this post so that you can come back to it.....I will bet you now that the Courts WILL NOT approve CAI Wireless's Chapter 11 without first granting compensation for common stock shareholders in some form.....possibly diluted shares in the new CAI Wireless!!
