Dave, The problem with my bid is not the magnitude - it is the inability to risk the big bundle necessary to go forward. I suspect the going forward quantity is the barrier. MAC wants cash back - the potential buyer knows that the cash to MAC is only the beginning. I raise my offer to$10 - but I assume no site liabilities. bob
