I am not an mm expert but here are some observations.

One time I bought RMGG on news at .20 and it ran to .30
in one hour.
I put a market order after the close sell into the gap in the morning.
the stock did gap up a little.
However, I was shocked to see it sold at .12.
Shortly after it was up to .20 again.
I had my broker (a discount broker) check into.
They looked at the logs and found that there was clear evidence
mm raised the price at the open to get all the open buy orders
and they dropped the bid to clear out the sellers.
My broker said these small bb trades are not monitored much.
Guess what? I was able get an adjustment.

I saw extreme mm bad behavior with EDII.

I do believe that mms do play games but many times including
myself do not read them correctly.

Now IDCN.
The level 2 readers (Nescom for one) say FLSC for one
have held the stock down. They also say FRAN was on the bid buying last Wednesday. It is my understanding the a company
can get a mm to buy for them. Naturally they buy at the cheapest
rate. Read Omres and Nescom posts on Cyber Whispers.
I have done very well they point out a mm constantly hitting the
bid with buys.
BTW RTQ does not tell you what is a buy or a sell.

Back to IDCN.
Coolbreeze asked IDCN if FRAN was buying for them.
They said no. Was is it CMI? Or someone else?
When Grecko called FRAN they hung up the phone.
All this insider buying legal because they posted the news release first. I believe the news release is legit. And never could
prove it if it was not.
