their plans too. But the consumer deamnd still remains as strong as
ever and this is why the nimble ISP's in the new world of telecom de-regulation have the best chance to offer ADSL selectively at first
in their local markets and then to expand globally.

Have we ever thought that may be that the Telco's actually want the
ISP's to move forward quicker with ADSL than them and share the initial costs to implement the technology ?
