Well, what I'm looking for is a source of a large number of shares that are not restricted that may have been involved in a recent deal. One possible scam is that if the 4 investors that got the 8m shares at roughly .13 each are working thru CMI as the 'investors' in the buyout. They make the offer, try to double their money BEFORE the deadline and then back out of the deal before it ever happens...I obviously don't like this thought...and they haven't seen a price high enough to make any money yet. SR
