Dear Dorothy,
I do not believe that the January effect will impact ACRT. The January effect is a result of those stocks which have been beaten down for one reason or another. In the case of ACRT, even though ACRT is trading just under the historical high of 7 and 3/16, several research reports, with the most recent being John Chew's, the analyst from Taglich Brothers, D'Amadeo, Wagner & Co., believe the stock is under valued. Mr. Chew believes ACRT is trading at a "45% discount to its projected growth rate." In addition to individual investors, this Research Update is being made available to various funds and institutions interested in Small Cap stocks.
In fairness to answering your other question, investors and potential investors contact us daily for further information on ACRT. Some of them are mutual funds and other types of institutional investors.
Thank you for your inquiry!
