Ledbed: SSOORREEEEEEEEE. I'm skeptical of the offer. The IM poster on this thread that offered to answer any questions earlier, refused to answer them privately. Why the change of heart? My earlier "private" questions still stand open and unanswered, plus one, who are the beneficial owners of 5%, or more, of the outstanding shares of stock and what are the approximate percentages as of last he knew? Longing for the insight and still skeptical.
