Ms. Shell, You are incorrect again. 'Phytogenics' is the intellectual property of Dr. Lorrichio. Dr. Lorrichio, assisted by complex computers which can build new products with complex ingredients contained in leaves, bark, etc., can actually imitate what happens in nature in the laboratory to produce wonderful phytogenic products. You see, Dr. Lorrichio is the R&D dept. If you had performed diligence you would know that AZNT, the Dr. and the SEC are currently held-up attempting to evaluate the value of an intellectual property. Before Dr. Lorrichio can be compensated, a value must be attributed. The company is working with the SEC attempting the evaluation of this. You are demonstrating a total lack of knowledge pertaining to AZNT, phytogenics, Dr. Lorrichio and why there is no value, to date, attributed to Dr. Lorrichio's intellectual property.
